LabourTek is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our technical manufacturing client’s team in Cape Town! This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in office administration, ensuring smooth operations to support our specialized field work.
Candidate Requirements
As an Office Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of office operations, providing support with administrative duties that ensure our day-to-day processes run efficiently. This includes managing office supplies, supporting correspondence, scheduling meetings, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with document preparation and filing. Strong organizational skills and excellent office etiquette are a must, as you will often be the first point of contact for both internal team members and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background, strong Excel skills, and exceptional administrative abilities. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is essential.
