Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

·       Grade 12 / Senior Certificate

·       Trade Tested and qualified as a Panel Beater.

·       3-5 Years of experience as a panel beater.

·       Should be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

·       Perform automotive body repairs.

·       Remove and refit automotive mechanical components.

·       Perform auto-electrical repair activities.

·       Carrying out inspections on bodywork and frames of vehicles to assess extent of damage.

·       Disassembling damaged vehicle parts.

·       Straightening and aligning frames and unibodies.

·       Reassembling vehicle body parts and accessories.

·       Replacing or repairing windows, interiors, and exterior trim.

·       Filling and sanding bodywork.

·       Mixing of Paints in accordance with the correct color codes.
