Salary;R15 000- R25 000 negotiable (Market related salary)

Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our new restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Our client is a Bar/Grill. 

Candidates who have an interest in vehicles and motorcycles would be beneficial

Minimum Experience required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

• Stable employment history that can be verified.

• Proven track record in restaurant management.

• Experience and knowledge of regulations regarding health inspectors, liquor licenses, and other legal industry requirements.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in restaurant management software and computer applications.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Relevant qualification in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.

• Must reside nearby.

• Experience in kitchen operations and food meal and menu preparation.

• Strong management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with customers and staff.
