Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in team management in a food retail environment.
• A working understanding of restaurant operations.
• Hands on approach, involved in every aspect of the restaurant, health and hygiene, training, recipes, portioning, ordering of food items, stock management, invoice capturing and staff management.
• Must ensure that adequate food is prepared in advance.
• Eye for detail, consistency and high quality food preparations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food.
• Customer management, ability to communicate with discretion, tact and diplomacy.
• Stock management checks. Must be able to account for losses and wastage and to do food costing.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.

• GAAP Point-of Sale.
