GROWING FAST FOOD CHAIN REQUIRES AN OPERATIONS MANAGER TO JOIN THE TEAM
Responsibilities:
- You will report to and work closely with the CEO of the business as well as the restaurant’s support team.
- Your primary responsibility is to ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the restaurant’s operational functions as well as people management. Must be able to run a team of six staff members per shift.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in team management in a food retail environment.
- A working understanding of restaurant operations.
- Hands on approach, involved in every aspect of the restaurant, health and hygiene, training, recipes, portioning, ordering of food items, stock management, invoice capturing and staff management.
- Must ensure that adequate food is prepared in advance.
- Eye for detail, consistency and high quality food preparations.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food.
- Customer management, ability to communicate with discretion, tact and diplomacy.
- Stock management checks. Must be able to account for losses and wastage and to do food costing.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
