Are you a seasoned finance professional with a strategic mindset? A leading national retail company is looking for a dynamic Financial Manager to join their team.

Oversee financial tasks, including daily processing, financial reporting, and managing accounting functions
Perform weekly income and expense analysis and ensure accuracy of financial data
Manage monthly management account journals, including provisions and accruals
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting standards
Lead the finance team, ensuring operational excellence and strategic financial outcomes
Manage working capital, capex spends, and preparation of management accounts for Exco and Board packs
Assist in the implementation of a new ERP system within the next 12 months
 
Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of ERP systems and business fundamentals
Advanced MS Excel skills, excellent numerical ability, and attention to detail
Strategic and commercial mindset, with strong planning and organizational skills
 
Qualification:
Any designation SAIPA/ SAICA/ CIMA/ ACCA
Degree or National Diploma in Accounting
