ERP ANALYST: 

• INTEGRATED SERVICES (CRM) (1 Post)
• SAP MATERIALS MANAGEMENT (1 Post)

BASIC SALARY: R390 093 TO R487 599 PER ANNUM ● CS 184/24

Requirements:   

• Minimum qualification National Diploma supported by SAP certification. Applicants with higher tertiary qualifications (e.g. B degree) will be given preference
• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in providing and supporting SAP functions.

Key performance areas:  

• Assist with identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems within own area of responsibility
• Maintain effective internal/external client/user relationships
• Execute unit testing and string testing and business scenario testing solutions
• Provide user support including dealing with Helpdesk issues as required
• Assist with preparation of training and business requirements documentation.
