TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM FROM R1,005,233 TO R1,411,754 PER ANNUM ● CS 177/24 ● CIVIC CENTRE, CAPE TOWN
Requirements:
- A minimum of a national diploma supported by industry specific /related SAP certification / B degree with SAP professional experience
- Minimum of six (6) years’ SAP experience in one /more of the areas below:
ESC REVENUE:
- Extensive experience functionality and configuration of the SAP ISU module
SAP BW/BI:
- Develop technical solutions based on business requirements specific to SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and its associated development methodology
- Understand functional documentation and effectively convert content to technical documentation
- Develop and maintain BEx Reports, workbooks and Web Applications
- Develop and support Data Flows and ABAP
- Provide ongoing support in terms of BW/ BO Reporting, Data Services and BW Systems
PLANT MAINTANCE:
- Understanding of the SAP Plant Maintenance Module and relevant business processes
- Experience with Plaint Maintenance mobile apps and GEO.
RELEASE MANAGEMENT:
- Working understanding and configuration of Solution Manager and SAP Landscape
Key performance areas:
- Develop and deliver business solutions for business requirements across functional streams to provide an expert resource service in meeting business needs
- Gather, research, interpret and analyse complex business requirements, and recommend solutions across ERP
- Ensure effective delivery of projects and programmes
- Participate in managing stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing commitment of stakeholders
- Maintain and develop skills to meet the standards required by business regarding their needs
- Process service requests and provide user support
- Mentor and coach staff.
