Job Description
The Wealth Analyst is responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects while supporting Wealth Managers and fostering strong client relationships. This role demands a high level of efficiency, quality, and accuracy in all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities

Client Liaison & Retention Management:
The Wealth Analyst builds and maintains rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. They manage follow-ups and communication regarding client concerns and objectives. -
Wealth Management & Planning Support:
This individual assists in preparing complex reports and proposals for the Senior Wealth Manager. They develop review packs and provide performance updates for client portfolios, while also conducting Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) and ensuring all documentation is complete. -
Operational Support:
The Wealth Analyst attends client and service provider meetings on behalf of the Wealth Manager, taking detailed notes and preparing recap emails that summarize key points and next steps. They ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory guidelines. -
Reporting & Documentation:
They maintain accurate records of Wealth Manager reports and client interactions, organizing and saving proposals and relevant documents on shared drives. -
Research & Continuous Learning:
The Wealth Analyst stays updated on financial products, funds, and best practices in wealth management, collaborating with risk specialists to address client needs and concerns.
Candidate Requirements
Skills and Qualifications

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Bloomberg and/or Morningstar is advantageous. -
Analytical Skills:
Sharp analytical and quantitative skills with strong commercial awareness. -
Project Management:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. -
Education:
A relevant BCom Degree, with CFP/CFA preferred or in progress, and FAIS compliance. -
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years as a Wealth Analyst, focusing on high-net-worth clients, with strong interpersonal skills and a compliance-oriented mindset.
