As the Housekeeping Anchor, you’ll oversee daily operations and support the housekeeping team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining guest rooms and lodge facilities to the highest standards.
• Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and laundry to ensure 5-star standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist with training and mentoring the housekeeping team, maintaining motivation, and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping, ideally in a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards.
