Main Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate the cost of paint projects, considering labor, materials, and time requirements.

• Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to create comprehensive paint estimates.

• Creating summaries, RFIs, updating projects when needed, etc.

• Directly communicating with client/their representatives, following up on project status, changes and updates. 

• Ensure estimates are completed within deadlines and meet the accuracy standards.
