We are urgently seeking the skills of a recruiter that can assist with Bulk Temporary employment placements at our hub in the Epping Industrial area.

The candidate would need to be available immediately and willing to be available in the Peak periods.

As a Recruiter your responsibility will be to source and vet individuals that fit the required job specifications set out by our client.

We mainly focus on Pickers / Packers / General Workers / Machine Operators and various Drivers.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or placement services

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, with a strong command of Word, Excel, and Outlook

Minimum qualification: Grade 12 (additional qualifications in HR or related fields are advantageous)

Reliable personal transportation is essential

Clean criminal record is required due to the sensitive nature of this role

Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
