Hire Resolve's client, a group of industrial and packaging solutions companies, is actively seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who has a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of financial processes.

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for the company, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing valuable financial insights to management.

Responsibilities:

• Record and categorize daily financial transactions
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
• Prepare and manage bank reconciliations
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure payroll accuracy
• Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits

Requirements:

• Minimum of relevant Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5-10 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in accounting software i.e. Sage Evolution
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Must have own transport
• Advantage: Experience working within a Multinational
