Duties & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:

Assisting with the daily management of the domestic packhouse – including staff, workstation organization, and general professionalism
Ensuring that all packaging protocols are followed perfectly to maintain fruit quality
Planning and solving challenges, with a focus on order and cleanliness in the packhouse
Efficiently managing stock and packaging materials
Collecting and managing data and data systems
Assisting with the management of client orders and logistics
Maintaining good team relationships and a positive work ethic
Ensuring the packhouse complies with audit standards and regulations
