Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose suitable labor consulting solutions.
Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure alignment on client needs and deliverables.
Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our consulting offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to succeed.
