Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for leadership and strategic financial management? Our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a highly skilled Head of Finance to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls.
Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with executive leadership on key financial decisions and contribute to overall business strategy.

Requirements:

CA(SA) or non-CA(SA) qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing finance teams.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
