Are you an experienced wealth professional with a knack for building strong client relationships and a deep understanding of financial planning? We are looking for a skilled Wealth Advisor to join our team, offering high-net-worth clients exceptional wealth and estate planning services. Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Drive client growth by cultivating internal and external relationships, nurturing a pipeline of potential clients, and ensuring exceptional service for both new and existing clients.
Wealth & Estate Planning: Develop tailored financial plans focusing on investment strategies, risk management, estate planning, and other areas critical to clients' financial well-being.
Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing proactive, needs-based service as their financial goals evolve.
Compliance & Mandate Adherence: Ensure all financial advice meets compliance standards and adheres to established mandates.
Practice Management: Implement effective business management strategies, including client segmentation and structured servicing, to optimize practice growth and efficiency.
Revenue & Commission Management: Monitor and manage revenue streams and commission earnings to align with business goals.
Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Forge connections across various divisions to deliver well-rounded financial solutions for clients.

Qualifications:

Education: Preference for candidates with a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or similar qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years in investment and insurance advisory, with a track record of successful client relationship management
