Candidate Requirements

This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced mechanic to lead workshop teams, drive exceptional service delivery, and inspire continuous improvement across multiple branches in Limpopo and the Free State.

As the ideal candidate, you’ll bring a strong mechanical background (a Red Seal qualification in Tractor/Diesel mechanics is essential) and at least five years of leadership experience to guide and mentor teams within a similar environment.

Key responsibilities include managing workshops, providing technical advice, and ensuring apprentices are well-trained to maintain their commitment to quality. You’ll also manage financial aspects like budgeting and payroll, reduce operational risks, and ensure customer satisfaction through aftersales support. With a keen sense of business acumen, numerical expertise, and people management skills, you’ll liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, enhancing service standards.
