Role: Operations Manager

Industry: Renewable Energy

Level: Mid-Senior Level

Key Requirements:

•           Bachelor’s Degree and Project Management certification

•           5 years of experience in operations management in solar, renewable energy, or electrical contracting industries.

•           Proven track record of managing large-scale installation projects (residential, commercial, and agricultural).

•           Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical installations.

•           Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).

•           Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain processes.

•           Valid driver's license and vehicle.

•           Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Personal Attributes:

·        Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

·        Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams.

·        Financial acumen with experience in budget and cost management.

·        Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
