Join my client’s dynamic team and contribute your expertise to the successful delivery of various projects. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate estimates, programs, and cashflow budgets for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil estimates, programs, and cashflow budgets.
• Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local content regulations and other tender requirements.
• Prepare and check bills of quantities, materials take-offs, and subcontract documentation.
• Conduct site visits, interpret geotechnical reports, and identify associated risks.
• Adhere to company estimating and procurement procedures.
• Optimize costing, determine rate build-ups, and conduct bid analysis.

Requirements:

• BSc, BTech, or National Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Estimator in a medium to large construction company.
• At least 5 years of experience using Candy (CCS) software.
• Minimum 5 years of practical on-site experience.
• Proven ability to develop professional tenders for civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil specifications and contract conditions.
