My client is a diverse, ever-growing company involved in various industries, including technology, electronics, and industrial services.

The successful incumbent will report to the CFO and will be responsible for planning and developing the company’s financial strategy. Assisting with and advising on developing financial plans and providing financial direction. Responsible for the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system. Identifying and investigating fundraising strategies and investment opportunities and managing mergers and acquisitions. Reviewing quarterly and annual financial reports. Planning, implementing and managing the company’s annual financial reports. Managing and reviewing the company budget. Managing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including clients, investors, and regulatory officials.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom with articles 
• SAIPA or SAICA articles
• 7+ years post-articles experience
• 3+ years in a similar or managerial role
