Facilitating the tendering processes for HVAC projects
Assisting in managing monthly claim cycles
Supporting procurement activities while ensuring adherence to approved rates
Measuring and compiling cost documentation
Reviewing contractual documents and project specifications
 
Skills & Experience:
Graduate to minimum 3 years of experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Capable of reading and understanding technical drawings
Experience in HVAC and plumbing is an advantage
Valid driver's license required
 
Qualification:
BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying
 
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
