Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for lighting solutions and a track record of achieving results?

We are looking for a Project Lighting Specialist to join a growing team, where you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers, delivering outstanding client experiences, and driving revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Prospecting and reaching out to new leads.
Engaging clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating your in-depth product knowledge of lighting solutions.
Presenting solutions and closing deals to secure new business.
Market research and competitor analysis to adapt strategies to current trends.
Sales reporting and pipeline management, meeting and exceeding set targets.
Customer retention through post-sales follow-up and satisfaction assurance.

We’re seeking a goal-oriented, relationship-driven professional with:
Proven experience in sales, especially within lighting solutions or a related industry.
A solid background in client engagement, lead generation, and managing sales pipelines.
Familiarity with market research, adapting strategies based on competitor activity and market conditions.

Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver’s license and own vehicle to support client visits and sales activities.
Experience in project lighting sales within commercial, industrial, or retail environments.

A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building skills with a client-centered approach.
High ethical standards with a commitment to integrity in all sales practices.
Willingness to travel as needed to engage clients and explore new business opportunities.
