We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer on behalf of our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines in line with design specifications and production standards. Key duties include maintaining quality control, managing stock of tools and equipment, and performing regular machine maintenance, including the 3-Axis machine. Additionally, the role involves coaching and mentoring staff, liaising with stakeholders on quality and delivery, and driving continuous process improvement.
