What you’ll be doing:

• Enhancing existing systems: Like a skilled warrior re-forging an ancient weapon, you will improve and optimize current codebases, driving efficiency and speed.
• Leading development teams: Rally your fellow developers to victory, guiding them through technical decisions, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Solving complex problems: Face the Furies of technical challenges and crush them with your problem-solving abilities, from backend integrations to frontend performance.
• Collaborating with stakeholders: You’ll act as the bridge between business goals and technical execution, aligning strategies with product owners, designers, and engineers.
• Ensuring code quality and best practices: Maintain a disciplined approach to testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement—like a Spartan maintaining their weapons.

Skills & Experience:

• Ruby on Rails – Your primary weapon, sharp and battle-hardened.
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS – The arrows in your quiver, ready to strike at long range.
• PostgreSQL/MySQL – Master of databases, the key to unlocking hidden treasures of data.
• Agile Methodologies – You know how to rally your team, ensuring every battle is swift and effective.
• Over 5 years of Ruby on Rails experience, tempered by countless battles.
• Mastery in building and scaling robust applications, like a god shaping the universe.
• A strategic mind, able to lead teams and projects to victory.
• A thirst for problem-solving, as relentless as a Spartan warrior on the battlefield.
