- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our wine products and brand.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with international teams to drive the portfolio of brands in key markets.
- Be the brand/portfolio custodian including understanding the brand profitability and actively work towards improving profitability
- Manage and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, website content, and social media posts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media, and partners.
- Organize and participate in wine tastings, trade shows, and other promotional events.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing effort
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for wine and a deep knowledge of wine products and industry trends.
