Here’s What You’ll Be Up To:

Scouting the hidden gems of talent in the market – think treasure hunting, but with LinkedIn instead of a treasure map.
Building relationships with clients and candidates. You’ll be their guru, cheerleader, and occasional therapist.
Mastering the art of people-wrangling and job-matching wizardry.
Diving deep into interviews and asking all the right questions to find out what makes people tick.
Juggling multiple clients, job specs, and candidates (literally – but not actually, we have a no-juggling-at-the-office rule).
