Employer: Exceed Human Resource Consultants
- Manage daily office operations and workflows
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and databases

Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Experience with Sawis, Excel/Zero, Debitors, Imports
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with office equipment and technology
