Our client based in Pretoria East is looking for a qualified candidate looking to specialise in Family Law

Duties:

Drafting summonses and other pleadings, notices as well as applications within the sphere of family law
Correspondence and liaison with clients, lawyers, offices of family advocates, advocates as well as various experts in private practice (whether psychological/social or forensic
Attending court cases with clients and advocates
Appearance in Family Violence court
Attending consultations

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

Admitted attorney
One year Family Law experience
The candidate must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (Speak, read, write and understand) due to client base
Preference will be given to candidates staying in Pretoria, has reliable transport and a valid drivers’ licence
