Introduction
The Jobs Boost HR Administrator is primarily responsible for delivering essential administrative support to the Management Team at Hypa Fibre and ESM by facilitating the implementation of HR policies and programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
This role involves assisting with HR queries, maintaining training records, and supporting various HR functions, including reporting, recruitment, and compliance. Additionally, it plays a crucial role in the "Jobs Boost" program, which focuses on job creation and skills development, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective management of Jobs Boost candidates. Additionally, to provide personnel administrative services for the Hypa Fibre, the company Group and to support the company Human Resource policies and programs. Assisting with HR related queries as well as assisting with all training by keeping records and capturing. Attending Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) nationally.
Recruitment Support: Aid in the recruitment process, including candidate screening and compliance with Employment Equity policies.
HR Documentation: Create and distribute offer letters and contracts, supporting job profile development for Hypa Fibre.
Employee Support: Address HR inquiries from employees and management, facilitating communication with the Head Office HR Department.
Data Management: Organize HR data and maintain accurate training attendance logs, generating necessary reports.
Training Coordination: Load training records into the HR Focus system and assist with training skills reporting.
Continuous Collaboration: Work with the designated ESM team to supply relevant employee data throughout the 12-month employment journey, ensuring accessible information for ongoing reporting requirements.
General HR Operations: Organize HR functions and training sessions, fostering strong relationships within the organization.
Payroll Management: Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing, including employee pay and leave entitlements.
Labour Relations: Coordinate labour dispute processes, ensuring legal compliance and providing management with feedback.
Candidate Requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in an HR related field.
Payroll Administration Services
Human Resources
Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in Administration, Secretarial, Reception, Payroll and Human Resources
Experience (Type & Level) Essential Desirable
2 Year experience in handling a Reception Desk
2 Year experience in administrative duties such as filing, record keeping and reporting.
2 Year experience in dealing with staff and queries relating to Human Resources.
2 Years’ experience in customer-facing role
2 Year experience in liaising with Third Party Suppliers and Service Providers
2 Microsoft Advanced Excel Skills
