Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric qualification.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the packaging industry.
Proven management experience with a track record of leading technical teams.
Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) in Mechanical Engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology with a focus on Mechanical Engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
