We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to a fast-paced construction environment. If you’re ready to manage tenders, analyze risks, and produce precise estimates that make an impact, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

·        Prepare Civil estimates, programmes, and cashflow budgets

·        Present at tender finalization meetings with confidence

·        Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings carefully

·        Identify commercial risks early and advise the team

·        Complete Local Content Declaration forms accurately

·        Ensure all tender criteria are met and submission documents are flawless

·        Communicate risks and opportunities to the Estimation and Proposals Management team

·        Conduct material take-offs, produce bills of quantities, and prepare subcontract documentation

·        Assist in updating company estimating procedures

·        Optimize costs by evaluating production, plant, and equipment rates

·        Conduct site visits and interpret geotechnical reports

Qualifications & Experience:

·        BSc, BTech, or National Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

·        10+ years of experience in a medium to large construction company as an Estimator

·        5+ years of Candy (CCS) software experience (Certification is a plus)

·        Proven site experience and in-depth knowledge of Civil construction projects

·        Strong understanding of Civil specifications and contract conditions

·        Proficiency with MS Office and MS Projects is advantageous

·        Valid driver’s license and own transport
