A Wine farm in the Franschhoek area seeks to employ a DTC & Wine Club Administrative Assistant. They are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable candidate to be appointed in the above mentioned position. This individual must be well organized, highly motivated and be fully committed to the vision of the company.

Requirements:
2 – 3 year’s experience in a similar position
Strong and effective written and verbal communications skills.
Possess a positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment and in an individual capacity.
Proficient with e-Commerce/CRM applications, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent planning , organisational and administrative skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transport
Available to work weekends and evenings as required

Duties:
Processing of orders and membership, maintaining /updating of ecommerce platform
Perform administrative duties such as mailing list data entry and mining of information; follow-up phone calls and other duties assigned.
Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of daily orders
Daily allocations of payments
Planning of the Wine Club and adhoc private events
Assist with hosting visiting guests and members, for wine tastings and events
Maintain the Wine Club database
Assisting the DtC Manager with daily administration
Assists with regular inventory counts / stock management
