We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality control and assurance efforts, ensuring all products and services meet the rigorous standards. This role involves managing our Quality Management System (QMS), driving continuous improvement, and overseeing compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- At least 5 years of experience in the rubber manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong business and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
