Truewood Furniture is looking for an Area Manager for our Johannesburg shops. 

We are looking for experienced sales managers to lead our in-store sales executives, and managers as a brand ambassador of Truewood and our core values. Grow with the company, work within an tight team,  and buy in to our principles, in order to take the company to ever greater heights.

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Lead By Example

Assist sales executives and shop managers in closing sales and achieving store targets.

2. Target setting and opportunity management

-Clear and concise store targets updated and tracked.

-Active management of expected sales and deal flow.

3. LayBy Tracking 

-Ensure that Truewood policy requirements are adhered to on all captured and released Laybys.

-Ensure that Layby documentation is complete and accurate.

4. Quotations 

-Ensure that quotations are captured and completed in accordance with Truewood policy and system requirements by reviewing manager completed control documents.

5. Store administration

- Review minutes of weekly store meetings.

- Review order completion of all sales executives.

- Ensuring that all orders, laybys and client requests are effectively and efficiently processed.
