This multinational company, in the consumer goods space, is looking for a Finance Manger to join their dynamic team. This company is part of a market leading group in the Food and Beverage space, operating in over 50 countries. Duties:

• Oversee AP functions for timely financial reporting and accuracy, ensuring supplier reconciliations and timely payments for expenses and CAPEX/OPEX.
• Manage vendor processes per the Schedule of Authority (workflow, procurement, automation).
• Lead AR functions to ensure accuracy in sales and bank transaction reconciliation for restaurants, including franchisee billing.
• Manage weekly franchisee sales data collection.
• Handle AR collections, ensuring adherence to AFDA policy, and minimize financial losses in AP processes.
• Produce financial reports to support management decisions and risk reduction.
• Implement strategies for optimizing AP and AR systems (workflow, automation, reporting).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve management-set control goals.

 
Qualifications and Experience Required:

• CA(SA) accreditation is essential
• 4+ years commercial experience
• Experience in the FMCG or Retail space is preferred
• Immediately available or short notice period candidates is essential.
