Westfalia Fruit Estates has a permanent vacancy for a suitably qualified and experiencedPeople and Culture Admin Manager based in Tzaneen, Limpopo.
Reporting to Head of People and Culture, the incumbent will be responsible for P& C Administration. The incumbent will be expected to lead, direct and manage the day-to day P&C activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise and control admin activities related to P&C
- Oversee recruitment of both seasonal and permanent workers
- Work closely with Talent in coordinating interviews and selection
- Ensure thorough vetting (MIE, background checks) is conducted
- Manage Wages & Salaries input administration
- Ensure data submitted for payroll is accurate - data integrity
- Compile headcount reports, EE reports, and any related reports as and when required
- Manage villages in the farm and ensure residence record keeping is maintained
- Ensure eligible employees are allocated residence and that payroll is updated
- Oversee personnel records and maintaining database
- Fully support managers, supervisors and employees with regards to the day to day administration
- Manage the administration of comp & ben, internally and through 3rd parties
- Work with stakeholders on IOD
- Manage a Team of P&C administrators and assistants
Qualifications/Experience:
- Matric is required.
- Minimum 3 years Diploma in HR, Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience as HR/P&C Admin Management
- Experience working with a total headcount of 1500+
- Experience with recruitment of seasonal workers preferred
- Internal/External HR audit experience preferred
Knowledge:
- Personnel administration

- Knowledge of HR and ERP systems, preferable D365
- Labour relations legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHSA)
Skills:
- Computer Literate MS Office, Word and Power Point and excellent Excel skills
