Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to final completion.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
