Job Description:

The Site Agent will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Site Agent will act as the main point of contact between the construction team, subcontractors, and clients, and will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of the construction project from start to finish.
2. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
3. Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
4. Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.
5. Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on site.
6. Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
7. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
8. Participate in project planning and scheduling.
9. Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.
