A well established company based in Constantia Kloof is seeking a Case Coordinator and Administrator.

Duties:

•    Facilitate the intake process for new cases, including screening for usability of medical data, assessing needs and scheduling appointments. Providing follow-up services and tracking progresses.
•    Maintain accurate case records and documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
•    Assist with case management tasks such as scheduling appointments.
•    Provide administrative support to the team as needed, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling correspondence.
•    Coordinating and handling 3D printing and logistics.
•    Communicate effectively with team members, healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
•    Coordinate and participate in team meetings, training, and other activities designed to enhance program effectiveness and promote collaboration among team members.
•    Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures.
•    Maintain the status of medical cases and provide updates to all staff members.
•    Responsible for the return of medical devices and storage of medical devices.
•    Manage the packaging requirements for medical devices; Boxing, packing, labelling and shipping instructions.   
•    Manage department and prioritizes medical cases based on surgeons’ requirements, medical device logistics and availability and that product is quoted correctly to the surgeons.
