REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong administration skills
- Strong leadership skills
DUTIES:
- Perform a variety of administrative duties to support operational efficiency.
- Accurately log all relevant information into the system.
- Scheduling and planning of technician’s daily routes and tasks
- Routing of services
- Assisting clients with queries - quotes
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Adhere to established procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Exhibit assertiveness and leadership qualities suitable for a supervisory role.
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
