A leading technology company, specializing in the design and manufacturing of robotic mining equipment for remote-controlled, battery-powered operations, is seeking a full-time Electrical/Electronic Engineer. Their unique equipment is protected by several patents and aims to revolutionize the mining industry, improving safety for mine owners, shareholders, and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manufacture of DC/AC power distribution systems.
Design and assembly of electrical harnesses.
Fault-finding and troubleshooting.
Programming and system integration.
Machine commissioning and testing.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
- BEng in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized academic institution.
- Note: Applications from candidates with qualifications from Universities of Technology will not be considered.
Professional Registration:
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (PrEng) with ECSA.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
- Expertise in DC/AC power distribution design.
- Knowledge of electrical harness design.
- Fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Programming experience.
- Experience in machine commissioning.
