We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join my client in Cape Town on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will work within an agile environment and should demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities. This role requires a proactive, self-starting individual who is comfortable facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and taking ownership of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in an agile/iterative manner, focusing on delivering value with light documentation.
• Adapt quickly to changes in business direction and make necessary adjustments on the fly.
• Proactively facilitate workshops and sessions, driving outputs related to business functionality and capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including both upward and downward management, ensuring alignment and communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Own the delivery of business analysis tasks, ensuring quality outcomes aligned with the project objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong skills in an intermediate to senior role.
• Extensive experience working within agile/iterative methodologies.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in environments with shifting priorities, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Experience facilitating workshops and owning the related deliverables.

Advantageous Experience:

• Familiarity with marketing/campaign systems and/or direct marketing processes.
