Employer: Datacentrix (Pty) Ltd
- Matric required plus relevant National qualification (NQF 6/10)
- Minimum 5 years of Sales and Technical experience
- Software or similar vendor application and/or hardware sales experience
- Experience in Distribution and Reseller Channel (preferred)
- Responsible for total sales number for product range, margins and overall profitability of products
- Work with sales team to jointly manage pipeline on product opportunities, ensure that each sales opportunity is driven as proactively as possible
- Work with sales team to develop partner specific, product specific strategies, execution plan and activities, driving execution of developed plan
- Drive sales team to grow vendor revenue in existing install base accounts and new accounts, through focused marketing strategies, campaigns, and enablement
- Use best practices for opportunity management, account planning and forecasting
- An ongoing forecast is to be maintained with current and future opportunities, including weekly pipeline follow ups and forecast submission
- Develop and execute market share growth strategy taking full responsibility of brand market share performance
- Developing and managing the Vendor Relationship
- Developing and managing the Vendor Relationship
- Managing the vendor partner program
- Be responsible for all reporting to the Vendor, including forecasting Vendor request for information, activity and progress reports
- Recruit, develop and grow partners
