Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

•  Completed Matric (Grade 12) certification.
• Bachelor of Technology in Production or Bachelor of Science in Food Science.
• Management certificate is advantageous.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the milk processing industry.
• Strong understanding of milk processing operations and quality control measures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
