Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Matric (Grade 12) certification.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience as a Millwright in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid Millwright Trade Test certification.
• Proven supervisory experience, with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Experience working with cranes and lifting equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the metal manufacturing industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
