Lead the Financial Future of a Fast-Growing FMCG Manufacturer!

A leading player in the FMCG manufacturing industry is on the lookout for a dynamic Finance Manager/Head of Finance to take charge of their financial operations. This is a high-level role, ideal for a qualified CA(SA) with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for managing large teams and streamlining processes.

Other duties include:

Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Driving financial strategy and ensuring compliance with IFRS
Leading and mentoring a team of 6 direct reports
Managing financial controls within the manufacturing environment
Collaborating with senior management to optimize performance and growth

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

10 years of experience, with proven leadership in the FMCG or manufacturing sector
Strong managerial experience with a track record of leading teams
Expertise in financial reporting, controls, and compliance
