Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage incoming payments, monitor customer accounts, and ensure accurate financial records while supporting smooth collections processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record incoming payments accurately.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices.
• Reconcile accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and account inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and organized AR documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve AR processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar financial roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives is a plus.
