RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

Customer

• Resolve client or sales queries and escalate problematic queries to the correct level
• Execute activities to ensure customer service deliver meets or exceeds customer expectation
• Relationship management with sales team and EPC’s
• Follow ups and email responses

Contracting

• Review credit applications for technical approval and general accuracy
• Drafting of Agreements for Offtakers and EPC’s
• Onboarding of new suppliers 

Operational

• Ensure accurate uploading of information on CRM
• Monthly update and maintenance of approved EPC list
• Liaising with Insurance broker to ensure new projects insured
• Project management of operations and maintenance of all sites
• Project management of small solar PV installations
• Co-ordinating travel arrangements

Financial

• Loading of purchase orders on Xero
• Review of invoices received for payment related to projects
• Dealing with financial models in excel
