We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Manager to lead our team and maintain the high standards we are known for.Role Overview:We are looking for a well-rounded Hospitality Manager with extensive experience in both Food & Beverage and Front of House management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the luxury hospitality industry, possess exceptional leadership skills, and ensure the seamless operation of the lodge. Your main goal will be to deliver unparalleled service and enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Food & Beverage operations, ensuring quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage the Front of House operations, including guest services, reception, and concierge, ensuring a warm and professional guest experience.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team, ensuring staff are motivated, well-trained, and delivering excellent service.
- Maintain high operational standards in line with 5-star luxury service expectations.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure a refined dining experience for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining luxury standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and uphold the lodge’s reputation for high-quality service.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Strong background in Food & Beverage management and Front of House operations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-end guest expectations with grace and professionalism.
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering world-class hospitality and an eye for detail.
